Brewing Coffee and Building Futures in Honduras
At Honi's Coffee House, our mission is to help end both physical and spiritual poverty, making a meaningful impact here at home and around the globe.
Our coffee beans are sourced directly from Honduras, where we have built a lasting relationship with an orphanage called La Finca. This partnership goes beyond just coffee—it’s about investing in the lives of the children who call La Finca home. Each year, we visit the orphanage to share love, support, and practical skills that will empower these young individuals as they step into adulthood at 18, equipped to face the world with confidence and hope.
One of our most cherished traditions is the annual Christmas Project. Every year, we collect gifts for the children and spend the Christmas season with them, celebrating the birth of Jesus in a spirit of joy and togetherness. This special time allows us to bring warmth and happiness into their lives while reinforcing the values of love, generosity, and faith.
Our commitment doesn’t end when the children leave the orphanage. We remain deeply invested in their personal and spiritual growth as they transition into adulthood. Through ongoing discipleship, mentorship, and projects designed to meet their daily needs, we continue to nurture and support these incredible young people as they grow into strong, capable men and women.
At Honi's Coffee House, every cup of coffee tells a story—a story of hope, transformation, and a brighter future for the children of La Finca. By joining us, you’re not just enjoying a great cup of coffee; you’re becoming part of a mission that changes lives.

Cor-Honi's Mobile Coffee House Project
In partnership with Corsair Coffee Shop in Honduras, we purchased and are restoring a Volkswagen Van in Honduras, similar to our Van here in McKinney, that will become our mobile coffee house business in Honduras.
This project will be a training and employment opportunity for young adults that have graduated from the orphanage and will also provide discipleship opportunities for those young adults, our friends and partners in Honduras.
